With a bachelor’s degree from UQAM in Political Science, Sophie held management positions for 10 years in the philanthropic sector, developing an understanding of medical issues and the pharmaceutical industry, while forging links with senior Quebec leaders.

She joined an executive recruitment firm in February 2001 to launch one of the first interactive sites for executive search in Quebec. Subsequently, she carried out strategic mandates for companies keen to attract the best talents. Whether for a confidential mandate or not, she excels in the art of attracting passive candidates. Sophie is recognized for the attention she pays to the needs of her clients while considering the professional interests of candidates. This builds sincere bonds based on respect, credibility, and trust between the parties.

In addition to her involvement in professional associations, Sophie ensures that she participates in the development of her profession. In this capacity, she collaborated in the creation of the Code of Conduct for executive search advisors available on the website of the Chartered Human Resources Professionals. 

She is also regularly asked to play an advisory role with large Quebec non-profit organizations. Recently, she was invited to sit on a magistrate’s selection committee by the Ministry of Justice.
