Charles is a graduate of the Université de Montréal in Industrial Relations. Before specializing in executive search, he was Director of Human Resources for a major accounting firm. He then founded his own firm in 1992, which he sold several years later to Amrop Knightsbridge. His experience enabled him to develop his skills in international executive recruitment. In 2018, he joined a boutique firm in search of a Montreal-based team. In the summer of 2024, he decided to join Panache Talent, as the mission and values fit perfectly with what he was looking for: to align talent and purpose!
