Job specification

Reporting to the Vice President, Supply Chain, the incumbent will be responsible for supplier relations in addition to overseeing day-to-day operations. He or she will work with internal teams to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

Leading a team of 4 buyers, you will be responsible for modernizing the various stages of the supply chain: evaluating supplier agreements, optimizing inventory management and preventing stock-outs. By establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), you will enable the organization to better control its costs while meeting branch needs.

Required profile

You have a degree in logistics, supply chain or a related field (PGCA membership an asset). You have a minimum of 10 years' experience, including 3 years leading a team. You are recognized for your ability to negotiate with a view to building lasting relationships. Your ability to find simple, effective solutions makes you a true team player. You are always on the lookout for best practices and seek to optimize everything that can be optimized. Your leadership skills inspire you to excel, innovate and exceed expectations.
