Job specification

Under the supervision of the Corporate Secretary and in collaboration with two experienced paralegals, you will be involved in a variety of challenging projects/cases.

This position covers three areas:

- Maintaining documentation for Canadian and U.S. subsidiaries (+- 250 entities)

- Participating in the management of business partners

- Ensuring compliance with continuous disclosure obligations specific to public companies.

The Corporate Secretary's Office team has set itself the goal of optimizing current processes to be ready to respond to the company's rapid growth. The evaluation of IT tools, as well as the updating of policies and model documents, are active dossiers.

The company emphasizes continuous feedback and learning, as well as the involvement of all stakeholders to foster the development of key value-bearing competencies and leadership among its employees.

Required profile

You have a degree in paralegal techniques and a minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate law. You are recognized for your ability to manage priorities and your excellent sense of judgment. You clearly communicate your expectations/needs and know how to generate collaboration between people.
