Our client, an association, operates in the construction ecosystem, offering services and training as well as information and advice on health and safety at work.

Job specification

Under the supervision of General Management, the incumbent will play a key role in the strategic and operational management of human resources. He/she will support managers in managing compensation, skills development, training and performance appraisals. She will also be responsible for recruitment, optimizing hiring processes and developing an attractive employer brand.

She will ensure the application of best practices in human resources management and a motivating employee experience, while fostering a healthy and stimulating work climate. She will act as a partner-advisor to managers in the areas of labor relations, pay equity and talent retention.

Finally, she will contribute to the evolution of HR practices and the continuous improvement of talent management policies and programs.

Required profile

You have a bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations or a related field, as well as 2 to 4 years' experience in a unionized environment (CHRP an asset). You are recognized for your analytical mind, your ability to advise strategically and your human and motivating approach. You have a good command of IT tools and are familiar with Quebec labor laws.
