Job specification

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Finance Director plays a strategic and central role in the organization's financial management. An influential member of the Executive Committee, he.she develops and implements sound financial strategies that support corporate objectives and promote the company's growth. Leading a skilled and engaged team of 7, he.she oversees day-to-day financial operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing processes to guarantee financial performance.

Main responsibilities :

  • Advise senior management on financial management and application of regulatory frameworks
  • Identify strategic opportunities (acquisitions, mergers, technological innovations) to maximize financial resources
  • Coordinate and supervise his team, focusing on their professional development through coaching and appropriate training
  • Implement and supervise internal control programs, recommend corrective measures and document financial processes
  • Prepare, analyze and present financial statements and budget reports to management and the Board of Directors
  • Proactively manage budgets and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement

Required profile

A CPA with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar decision-making role, the ideal candidate is a committed business partner with strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
