Job specification

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the sound management of the various maintenance activities for the 2 terminals. To this end, you will ensure that work runs smoothly, taking into account daily operations, preventive maintenance, the upcoming acceptance schedule and the training to be provided to employees as new equipment arrives.

You are recognized for your organizational and managerial skills, and your ability to clearly and unambiguously express expectations and explain corporate objectives. One of your strengths is your concern for creating a healthy, safe and motivating work environment.

As a result, the Assistant Maintenance Manager will need to demonstrate assertive leadership in stressful situations.

Required profile

A DEC in mechanical/industrial engineering combined with a minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance, where you have demonstrated your technical skills as well as your willingness to continue learning, is a must. Experience in managing unionized personnel is an asset.
